Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to discuss your return or exchange and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Professional Inspection

  We will schedule a certified piano technician to visit your home and verify the instrument's condition to ensure it meets our resale standards.

• 3.
  Specialized Transport

  Our white-glove piano movers will arrive at a scheduled time to professionally pack and transport the instrument back to our showroom.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the piano is received and inspected at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable white-glove shipping fees.
